We work with others in three ways:

Direct Purchase

We may offer to buy your interest in the property or contract you have outright, getting you paid upfront. Clean and simple.

Joint Venture

If it makes sense for you to stay involved in the deal, we structure a profit-sharing partnership. Typical splits start at 50/50 net profit with adjustments made based on risk, capital contribution, & time commitment.

Finder's Fee

Know of a property with title issues but don't have a deal locked up? Refer it to us and earn a finder's fee at closing. Contract or no contract.
